Privacy policy.

What we collect, why, and the controls you have. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Effective 14 May 2026

In plain English: We collect the information needed to run your marketing and operate the service, nothing more. We do not sell your data and we do not train shared models on your business data. You can export your content any time, and deleting a workspace hard-deletes your data within 30 days.

01 What this policy covers

This policy explains how In-House Group Pty Ltd collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information. It applies to the In-House platform, the mobile app, and the marketing site.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

02 What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, business details, and login credentials.

Onboarding information: the business context you provide so the agents can do their work, including your goals, brand voice inputs, and the website and social accounts you connect.

Connected-account data: information we read from the channels you link (such as Meta, Google, and Search Console) for the purpose of running your marketing.

Usage information: how you interact with the dashboard and app, plus technical data such as device type and IP address, used to keep the service secure and working.

Billing information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

03 How we use it

To run your marketing: plan strategy, create and publish content, manage ad campaigns, and make website and SEO changes.

To operate and improve the service: support, troubleshooting, security, and product development.

To communicate with you: account notices, approval requests, summaries, and service updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to train models for other customers.

04 Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the platform, including hosting, database, background processing, AI model providers, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are bound to handle the data only on our instructions.

The third-party platforms you connect, when publishing or managing work you have approved.

Authorities, where we are required to by law.

05 Where it is stored

Your data is stored with reputable cloud providers. Some providers process data outside Australia; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data is handled consistently with the APPs.

06 How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your workspace is active. When you delete a workspace, your data is hard-deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are cycled out on a rolling schedule shortly after.

07 Your choices

You can access and correct your account information from inside the app, disconnect any channel at any time, and export your content on cancellation.

You can request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing privacy@get-ih.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

08 Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, tenant-isolated data access, and role-based permissions. More detail is on our security page.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and the effective date above will be updated.
