In plain English: Sign up, connect your channels, and In-House runs your marketing within the limits you set. You stay in control of approvals and budgets, you own your content, and you can cancel any time with no lock-in. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and is never marked up.
01 Who we are
In-House is operated by In-House Group Pty Ltd, a company registered in Victoria, Australia. In these terms, "In-House", "we", "us" and "our" mean In-House Group Pty Ltd. "You" means the person or business that holds an In-House account.
These terms govern your access to and use of the In-House platform, including the web dashboard, the mobile app, and any related services.
02 Your account
You need an account to use In-House. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you are onboarding. One workspace represents one business; multi-location and franchise setups are handled under a single workspace by arrangement.
03 What In-House does
In-House plans and executes marketing work on your behalf: it drafts and publishes content, builds and manages ad campaigns, makes website and SEO changes, and reports on results. You choose how much you want to approve before anything goes live.
You stay in control. Approval settings, channel connections, budgets and spend caps are all configured by you and can be changed at any time. In-House will not exceed the spend caps you set.
04 Your content and connected accounts
You grant In-House permission to access the third-party accounts you connect (such as Meta, Google, and your website host) for the purpose of running your marketing. You can disconnect any channel at any time.
You retain ownership of your brand assets, your business information, and the marketing output In-House produces for you. On cancellation you can export your content, drafts, audiences, and reports.
You are responsible for making sure the information and assets you give In-House are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
05 Acceptable use
You agree to use In-House only for lawful marketing of a legitimate business. The specific activities we will and will not run are set out in our Acceptable Use policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may decline, pause, or remove any work that breaches that policy, applicable law, or the terms of a connected platform.
06 Fees and billing
In-House is billed as a monthly subscription. The current price is shown on our pricing page. Your first 7 days are free; if you do not cancel before day 8, the subscription fee is charged to the card on file and then monthly thereafter.
Advertising spend is separate. It is paid directly to the ad platforms (such as Meta and Google) on your own payment method. We do not mark up ad spend.
You can cancel at any time with no notice period and no exit fee. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the current month unless required by law.
07 Availability and changes
We work to keep In-House available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, or change features over time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect.
08 Liability
In-House is a marketing service, not a guarantee of business results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
