In plain English: We run marketing for legitimate Australian and US businesses. We don't run political ads, gambling, MLM, or content aimed at minors, and we don't generate fake reviews or impersonate other businesses. Work also has to comply with the rules of the platforms we publish through. If you're unsure, ask your account lead first.
01 Who In-House is for
In-House runs marketing for legitimate, operating businesses in Australia and the United States. The agents plan strategy, create content, manage ad campaigns, and make website and SEO changes on your behalf.
This policy sets out the activity we will and will not run. It forms part of our terms of service. If you are unsure whether something fits, ask before briefing the agents.
02 What we will not run
Political or election advertising, issue advocacy, or lobbying content.
Gambling, betting, or lottery promotions.
Multi-level marketing or recruitment-style income claims.
Adult content, or marketing of products or services that are illegal where they are being promoted.
Content that targets minors, or that markets age-restricted products to a general audience.
Tobacco, vaping, and recreational drug promotion.
Marketing for unlicensed financial, medical, or legal services, or claims that require qualifications the business does not hold.
03 Honest marketing only
We do not generate fake or incentivised reviews, fabricated testimonials, or misleading before-and-after claims.
We do not impersonate other businesses, people, or public figures, and we do not run content designed to deceive a customer about who they are dealing with.
Claims we publish on your behalf need to be ones your business can stand behind. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, offers, and credentials you give us.
04 Respecting the platforms
In-House publishes through third-party platforms such as Meta and Google. Work we run must also comply with those platforms' own advertising and content policies.
We will not attempt to evade platform review systems, run cloaked landing pages, or use tactics designed to circumvent a platform's rules.
05 Spam and data
Email and outreach work must only go to contacts who can lawfully be contacted, with a clear unsubscribe path. We do not run purchased or scraped contact lists.
You must have the right to share any customer data, brand assets, or imagery you give In-House.
06 How we enforce this
If work is briefed that falls outside this policy, In-House will flag it rather than run it. We may decline, pause, or remove specific work, and in serious or repeated cases we may suspend or close a workspace.
Enforcement decisions are made to keep the platform, its customers, and the connected channels in good standing. If you think something was flagged in error, contact your account lead or email legal@get-ih.com.
