How do I get help quickly as a customer?
Message your account lead from inside the app. That thread is the fastest path for anything specific to your workspace, and it keeps the context in one place.
Does the agents' work go live without me?
Only if you choose that. You set an approval mode during setup: approve everything, approve only high-stakes work, or get a weekly digest. You can change it any time.
How do I connect or disconnect a channel?
Channels are managed from your workspace settings. The connecting-channels guide walks through linking Meta, Google, and your website host. Disconnecting takes effect immediately.
Can I export everything if I leave?
Yes. On cancellation you can export your content, drafts, audiences, and reports. Deleting a workspace hard-deletes your data within 30 days.
Something looks broken. What now?
Check the status page first to see if it's a known issue. If not, email support@get-ih.com with what you were doing and we'll pick it up during business hours.
